She identifies the ultimate beneficial owner of the public sector partner with the aim of reducing the client’s administrative burden to the minimum, even if the ownership and management structure includes companies established in other countries. She draws up verification documents and ownership and management structure diagrams of public sector partners. She draws up registration proposals and changes with respect to ultimate beneficial owners for entities registered in the Commercial Register which are not registered in the Register of Public Sector Partners.
