She has prepared loan and security documents for high-volume syndicated, club, and bilateral transactions; she has drafted legal opinions confirming borrowing capacity and document enforceability; and she has assessed the legal background and legal risks in various project fundings.
She drafts and localizes standard contracts and general terms and conditions. She also prepares tailor-made contracts and summaries of obligations in relation to regulators (e.g. the National Bank of Slovakia, the Financial Intelligence Unit, and the Office for Personal Data Protection).
